I was going to Partizan South side regularly when I was younger. There was an unwritten rule, if you're Partizan, nobody asks you who you are, where you are from, what is your religion, skin colour never mattered, that's a fact and that's how it was, I don't know about now, I am more of a western stand beer drinking casual, my brawling days are over. Racism was never issue in Ser, casual racism out of ignorance always existed but it was never malicious, that's also true. However, I wonder, and don't mean to mock you, but where exactly in Dusan's code did you see this quote? Because there was slavery in medieval Serbia, slaves were not people of colour however but people that failed to pay their taxes, some war captures but they existed, and there is a ruling on the slaves that is not exactly what you wrote. Just give me some source and I apologize if I am wrong, but I don't think what you wrote is true. Skin colours wasn't really important in Serbia cause Serbs more often than not made allies with Africans and South Americans.

In UK are 1.35xdead load + 1.5live load for stadiums. In Serbia is 1.6 dead load + 1.8 live load. Live load means - crowd and this is a combination for calculating structures. Also for our stadium is needed one 5 kNm resistans on seat. In England is that 2 kNm.

Coming from a Partizan fan, Red star is a better team in the last few seasons, mainly cuz the serbian president cheers for them and they get much more money so they can build better teams. Partizan has much more history in basketball where they won the euroleague while red star practicly didnt even excisted till they got money couple of years back guess from who...All in all Partizan fans are weak now cuz they are split up but we have a much bigger heart, red star has a bigger fan base.
