If I can give a small feedback (and prob I am not the first one :D ) I would love that you create a small chapter at the end of your video where you suggest rare and mythic cards to add to the budget decks so we can bring them to the next level of competitiveness.

Interesting, I had been looking for a new twist to the typical mono-blue tempo dijín for some time, I was thinking of combining it with white, but dimir looks interesting.
hello, sorry, i don t understand your language, i hope the translator worked/works. thanks, glad you like it. there are a couple of card draw spells and many to filter. a good addition would be "three steps ahead". counterspell + card draw. have fun
Virtue of persistence is a solid choice, Ojer papatik the blue god is good to get rebound on the "back to hand" type of cards, all the different kinds of jaces fit, teferi is a good fit as well, you might consider duelist of the mind as comiting crimes gives you cards and discards to accelerate tolarian and crab while also being a flying threat with vigilance. There is something to be said about proft's eidetic memory since it cycles itself and every extra draw makes your creatures stronger. As direct upgrades, into the floodmaw can replace ephara and rona as it can also bounce back permanents, Three steps ahead can replace phantom interference as it has the same use as a counterspell but you can copy something as a token instead of 2/2 flying and also draw cards. Restless reefs and fountainports fit well for those turns you have nothing to do with all the mana, also fountainports are pretty much being used in every deck in the meta except for the mono red cance... i mean... mono red totally fair turn 3 kill decks, restless is far more specific tho so consider crafting them only if dimir is your thing.

imo each color has some nice possibilities to play with tolarian and the crab. i m testing other versions too rn...
