I'm still expecting Ubisoft to screw it up. They have wasted so much potential recently.
I feel like people shouldn't be so quick to judge something before it actually fully comes out, this is something that's so common in the siege community.

Man outbreak was fun but this literally just looks like them reselling the mode with a different UI.
It honestly looks worse than the Outbreak Mode did in R6 Siege. I wouldn’t have minded a revised and expanded experience of the outbreak mode but this looks like a watered down version of it.

This is the most "meh" thing I've ever seen. I really wanted the next game to go back to R6's roots. Tactical, squad based co-op gameplay.
Yeah i do miss the old rainbow days but sadly new fans are to lean towards the new r6 so i doubt we will ever see true co-op terrorist hunt :(

There's a ton of games that do the tactical shooter experience way better than R6 or SWAT or Ghost Recon ever did. Ground Branch is one and is made by former ghost recon devs

Call of Duty and soon Battlefield will have their engine completely revolutionized, pretty much setting a new standard for FPS games, while here we get the same outdated assassins creed engine lmao

Dam this looks so fucking average. Sort of thing you spend 8 hours on then never play again. Why would they cannibalise themselves by making another multiplayer R6 game? The singleplayer has so much more potential. Look what Overwatch is doing, bringing out a sequel with an updated engine graphics etc for MP AND making a singleplayer mode to flesh out the story. This seems so odd so me, should have kept it as seasonal event imo.
I get your point but I don't think Overwatch is a good example, blizzard is fucking themselves over so there won't be a player base for ow2 at that point
overwatch is the most shit example you can think of. that game went so far downhill they abandoned the game with no updates for over a year to "focus on ow2". thats a real bad way to say the multiplayer fanbase wasnt making them money

Visual overhaul could be problematic for people with older systems like the one's when the game was released. Also a lot of people play on the lowest possible settings anyway
Maybe bring the engine and gunplay to cod/bf Niveau so siege doesn't feel like a mix of csgo and assassins creed...

The beta test wasn't appealing to me, levelling system is a wrong move in my opinion it just forces you to grind rather than improving your skills

I feel like this was rushed. A re-skin of siege.
People told the same thing about Battlefield 4, compared to Battlefield 3. But it turned out pretty well :D I think I will wait until price drops for this one, then get it just for fun.

We waited this long for them to only change the UI, add some maps and new characters. I was hoping for a completely new look. I'm honestly tired of seeing the same mp5 with the same reload and crap. (I still have hope though)

Now I don't play R6 but I have a hunch the reason the seasonal event was so successful is because it was just that: a seasonal event. A mini game tacked on to another, actual, full retail game. I foresee this being DoA.
There is potential but it needs some proper work to be significant. Lets see how it turns out.

Thought "Quarantine" was gonna give us the outbreak experience but only cranked up and with alot more horror and realistic shooter experience, now that would been fantastic. This however looks so casual that and easy to play (requires no tactic, just run and gun constantly). This reveal was very dissapointing, I was really loving outbreak because I saw huge potential in it.

I felt the same when I watched the video. Don't get me wrong, I genuinely enjoyed Ghosts' Extinction mode. But this doesn't seem to be something R6 fans wanted or asked for.
The over stylized guns bug me. Pointless bright yellow text and glowing light strips. It feels like games companies cater too much to little kids nowadays, I miss the realism.
This part of the reason we stopped getting two ops per season? Unimpressed but ill keep up with it
