actually i was going to buy a Oled screen Asus for 65 k , but I already had 3 laptops and my need was for a bigger screen size rather than portability, so sometimes going for a laptop is not necessarily a right alternative
This is for office use. Instead of keeping cpu, power supply etc all on table, this would benefit to have minimalist setup. Not meant for replacing laptop or performance pc

Depends on your location, Acer, HP Dell, Lenovo and gigabyte provides better service in Mumbai around Asus and msi provides good service in North India specially Delhi sides. (Asus service is very bad in Mumbai) If you have no issues with services 😉, my personal opinion on build quality of intel 11th and 10th generation is Lenovo Legion series > Acer Predator > Asus Tuf - i am a technician since 1998
Build your own pc with some use and fresh stuff, there is plenty of material available online where you can watch videos and gather knowledge on how to build pc. 60 k is good budget.
