I'm not normally the kind of person to comment on your videos, Itoki, but with the progressing quality of your voice in this song, I just couldn't help but actually vocalize how much I enjoy your songs. Your voice is just perfect, and every time you upload a new song, it just seems to further and further solidify said fact. Thank you for your videos, Itoki. That being said, I absolutely love the rich tone your voice seems to employ in this song. It really helps convey a lot of the emotion here.

Okay so I have so many things to say, but first let me get this out right now. Oh my goodness a new Itoki song! Alright moving on, I'm assuming this is the same universe as If Only and Switch. I feel like that's some kind of ongoing love story that I'm missing...but still, I love this continuity just as much as the Piko Piko girls! This, I'm assuming, is also a Valentine's Day song, right? It's pretty somber but then again sometimes all the sweet nothings need a darker side to balance. The singing is wonderful! I love it! And finally it's something I with my deep voice can sing! For all the attention sopranos get, it's nice to see someone extending their range downward instead of upwards. Also the instrumentation is very clean, almost like studio quality. And it's so nuanced. The PV is so much more detailed this time. I like the silhouettes too, but the way they were used this time makes it that much more powerful. Sorry this is such a long comment; I had so many things to say!

I feel like this version expresses the powerlessness to not being loved back more than the 2019 version. Not just because it's in a different key, the words are expressed in a more defeated manner. This version is more depressed, the 2019 version more vivid. Right now I'd say I prefer the 2016 version because it resonates more with my experience, but it's not unusual for me to start understanding more things and change my mind at a later moment.
