Great cellar selections man. I've always wanted to try pelican. I'm still enjoying my two doran pipes. They stay in regular rotation. Thank you for making quality pipes that are affordable for the working man.
beans316 I totally agree. The smoked maple from Knob is the only flavored bourbon in my collection. I bought it on recommendation and because it's Knob Creek. Lol. It's definitely only going to be a once in a while sipper. I'm hoping to find a bottle of that Old Scout. 🍻😀
Wow that is an unreal collection, I just started pipe smoking Oct. of 2017. I have just started getting a small stash together. This gives me something to shoot for. Ha Ha Ha. Great video.
You definitely have more tobacco than most tobacco shops have at any given time! Nice stash. I know you've been collecting for a long time, but I still can't ever find quite a few of those blends even though I know they still make them. Excellent job. My collection is not as deep as yours, but it's pretty wide. I have one tin each of quite a few different blends.
Are kidding me! You are a sick man hehe! You just never know huh? Hearing that the Scandinavian tabacco group stopped production, I have a local guy here that still has a small supply of downhills left. Awesome collection! Cheers!🥃
I love a good cellar video. Man, those bags of Stoney and Penzance are quite impressive, but those stacks of Pelican blow my mind! I've only been able to acquire two of those over the course of four years. Great video, bud
Just scrolling through your channel and saw this vid, this is one nice stash you got going, one thing for sure you’ll never run out of Tobacco! I was always curious about Mcclelland Christmas blend one I never got to try out but heard great things anyway have a great weekend! Enjoy your smoke 💨

Beautiful spread..like a treasure chest! I've been collecting for a few months... a couple of tins here and there type deal. Over the next 5-7 yrs I suspect mine will be similarly impressive. Best to ya 🙏
Hi, Awesome collection. I stay in India and just started my tobacco collection. In most of the information available online, they recommend the temperature around or below 70*f or 21*c. The average temperature in my house generally stays around 25-26*c most of the year with summer temperatures reaching as high as 29-30*c. I am interested to know what is the scenario at your house? What temperatures range is fine and won't affect the tobacco adversely. I keep my collection in a temperature controlled unit most of the year. This method is fine, but limits to how many tins I can keep. What would you say is a doable temperature range which wont degrade your tobacco?
Wow! Very nice, thanks for sharing. I think you may have me beat sir, ha ha ha! I love seeing videos like this. Retirement is close. Hope you enjoy brother.
Brilliant collection Brian! A majority of that stuff has gone out of production and will never return to the market. That is exactly what a “cellar” insures against, classic blends that you know you enjoy disappearing forever. Take notes boys because this is how it’s done ✅ #boughtandpaidfor
Way to go...nice stash....to do that here in the part of Canada I live I would need to morgage my house...my wife would have something to say about that...haha..thanks for sharing
Hey beans, you got enough tobacco there to open your own pipe shop!!! Nice collection you got. I was suprised to see how much stonehaven and penzance you have. I have been trying to buy a tin at Cigars International everytime I'm there but they never have them instock. Take care buddy
Nice video, man. I have a tin of Drew Estate that I haven't opened yet. Was wanting to have on to it, but since it isn't available I'll be cracking it open. I have a few milestones coming in May so I may do it then. That Across the Pond is one of my favorites. I tried a sample from Old Berg and that was very good. Great collection, brother.
Great cellar. Word of caution on those Esoterica bags. Hard to know if any have microscopic pin holes. Might be a surprise in some of those. Also, I recently noticed rust inside my old tins of Penzance (circa 2011). It caused me to open all of them and jar it up. Cheers.

Sadly yes my friend the price of tobacco keeps going up every year and a lot is no longer available. Also it’s better to invest in this than the stock market I could easily make 10x my investment if not more
Nice vid, thanks. Just curious, what's the longest you've cellared a tobacco in its original tin that was still in good shape when you opened it? Thanks.
Great video! Love that man cave with bar and all! So I bought the Old Scout 10 year old based on your review! Marvellous collection of tobacco and bourbon! You look already well set for retirement or surviving a disaster. I am trying to do the same but I don‘t have 5% of your superb reserves. Most impressive! I guess it will keep 20 years tinned and stored cool and dry. Many you could resell later at multiples of what you paid if ever you wanted/needed to, so anyway a good investment! How is that Pellican I wonder?
Redcoat‘s Return Haha Thanks Yeah Tobacco and Bourbon is definitely a investment it’s crazy how much bourbon is now and the tobacco that is discontinued already

Curious how you're figuring out how much pipe tobacco you'll need for the rest of your life. I did a little math: if you smoke 3 average sized bowls every single day for 30 years that amounts to 3,285 oz of tobacco, or about 1,877 standard tins (1.75 oz). That's 3 bowls, every day, without skipping a day, until you're about 80. Two bowls every single day for 30 years amounts to 1,251 standard tins. You have to have at least that, and it looks like a large majority of your tins are the 100 gram ones. How often do you smoke and exactly how many tins do you have? Is there an aspect of pleasure in the sheer acquisition of such a stash? I don't mean to pry, I'm just interested in how collectors rationalize such acquisitions.
Gregory Menillo Yeah a lot of it is a addicting and fun habit we call it “TAD” Tobacco acquisition disorder lol . Not sure how long it will last me I do smoke a lot and we share blends with other members in our community
@@beans316 Gotcha, thanks for the reply, Beans. I'm pretty new to this myself. (I certainly don't have "TAD" just yet!) @@beans316 Gotcha, thanks for the reply, Beans. I'm pretty new to this myself. (I certainly don't have "TAD" just yet!) By the way, curious if you'd be interested in sharing some of your Vintage Syrian? I haven't been able to find any, and I really like it. Maybe we can set up a trade or something? Many thanks!
