Thank you for spreading the knowledge of grounding/earthing and the benefits people can feel. With new technologies, we now even have grounding shoes that look and feel like regular and modern shoes, although allow conductivity to pass through the shoes and into a person's feet. Keep spreading the great info. 😀- Live Life Grounded!
Yo Kirch! great content here. and like Harmony783 was covered here, as it's a brand I'm really interested in. I'm really curious to see more content on Grounding/Earthing shoes too! Have you done much on that? Great work and thanks for putting all these barefoot shoes into one video!
I've been searching a few months and this made my day. Are those groundz Luke a regular leather on the bottom, different than traditional? Do you know any for workplace like fast food? I have the whitten shoes and I like them. But I took the sole out and inserted a cheap plain sole.
I tried the whitin shoes without the sole too. The leather on the bottom of the Groundz isn't the same as the rest of the shoe. It is quite durable. I worked in a coffee shop, and the groundz would have been fine for that, but I'm not sure about other environments that may be a little different. Probably if the floor is wet or there are a lot of spills the leather may not be so good for that environment. Thank you so much for watching and I was also so thankful to find a better looking pair! Have a great evening.
Thanks for sharing. Still kinda disappointed with conductivity of what I see. I feel adding my own copper rivets connected to copper saints buster button coils we can turn our existing favorite shoes into earthing versions. Remember to spin or tensor your coil clockwise for USA or North Hemisphere. #hypersanity
I prefer vivobarefoot for running. I ran a marathon in vibram five fingers, too, and my feet had no issues (this was after adjusting to barefoot shoes).
@@lainielandry163 No, but the groundz shoes I mentioned and linked are the only ones that offer that option (the other shoes have a rubber sole that doesn't allow for electron transfer).
I came across this video looking for shoes that allow me to benefit from the negative ions from the earth and be grounded. The vivobarefoot shoes appear to have rubber soles though. Do they actually allow the negative ions to connect with your feet?
They do, and their website details how, although it doesn't seem to be as efficient as barefoot 🙂 also, their Instagram has a reel where they rest it with a conductor
@@Leah Really? I could not find anything on their website about it. They do ok. I wore mine a few times when they got wet. The first time, it appeared they got stained, BUT then I wiped them down with water and a rag (lightly-completely), dried them, and they came out perfect. After that, walking in wet grass hot them wet briefly, but they would dry and have no water marks.
@@Leah We have lots of wet grass here and some yucky conditions. Most of my walking is on pastures and grasslands. I have been wearing Freet shoes. They are a little more geared to the outdoors. I wondered how the Groundz shoes would hold up but I may give them a try at some point.

Such a great video! SO helpful! Thanks so much! Starting my journey now 🥰 I want to desperately throw everything else OUT 😅
I'm not sure if I mentioned Correct Toes, but they can help if you've developed bunions or overlapping toes!
I would like to hear more about transition to zero drop/barefoot shoes. Thanks for sharing.

I have the Crupon closed toe sandal. They are fabulous.
Thanks for sharing. They look beautiful, and are a great option for more feminine/dressier styles.
What is best if you are a long distance runner?

Is it true my body is grounded to the earth in the same way it would be if l was walking bare feet on the ground or grass

Check out Bahe running shoes. They are the only actual earthing/grounding running shoes I’m aware of.

They don’t have that whitin material no more
