Nothing worked, Google no work, locate my phone no work, amsubg acct no worked, nothing worked, because I already had done a factory data reset and could not get a password in there to turn back on the Wi-Fi. They could not figure out how to do it since the G board on my phone locked me out. They only told me to get a new phone! I was very disappointed! I ended up getting a galaxy j2 for replacement. However, I STILL have my galaxy j3 prime, I watched your video & actually unlocked it. I only keep it now as a backup phone in case I lose my new phone. NOW I know what to do next time. I Just never thought of looking up a how to unlock phone video until it was too late! Just sad.

This did not work for me..i bought a pinlocked phine off marketplace followed these steps it still asks for a pin#🤷♀️
I need the password to power it off ☠️ so should I take the battery out with it off normally
