Ionglehuang. Rugal can't contain Akuma's powers as it is his own. Akuma's Satsui No Hado is far fiercer and more powerful than Rugal's Orochi power he and Iori possess. Sank needs to stop trying to copy and steal Capcom's ideas of it's characters.
Akuma is already a god being of the Street Fighter universe. God Rugal is nothing but a wannabe copy of Akuma who already mastered every level he's mastered and passed consciousness too. Rugal is human and he can't handle the levels Akuma and M. Bison have mastered. His body isn't that strong.
