I love your sound, how precise you are, and how you keep it loyal to the real song. I am a 33yo that just started drumming 2 months ago and I just can't stop enjoying your videos. Well done buddy. Fucking great.
Dude! I totally appreciate you checking out my videos and that you are inspired (hopefully) by my playing. That means a lot! Thank you! 🙏 I have been playing drums for over 35 years now and while I don't consider myself a great drummer, I do enjoy playing each day. And that's all that matters, finding the enjoyment. Hope you stick with it and hope to see some videos of yourself on RUclips! Best of luck. -RGM
Man, the kit sound is pure money 💲💲. But your meter is through the roof good Bryan. I can't stress that enough. I've got a lot of friends digging the new Ghost. Great work bud
There he is! Man trey, it's been a while since you commented on one of my videos. I missed you! I saw Ghost like 3 weeks ago and the concert was just awesome. The new stuff was killer. I planned to cover a song from the new album but I got a bunch of stuff planned first. Always appreciate you bud and it's good to see you back drummin'. Now if we can get Mike Fournier to do some covers, I would be really happy! 🤣😂
Hey Jason! Funny thing about your comment...I am a decent bowler too. 🤣😂 I shot a 299 two weeks ago! Anywho, I always appreciate the comments from my regular subscribers; and you are definitely one of them! Thanks for all the support over the years. 🙏
Spot on again dude! Even down to the cymbal accents! I’ve still not recorded anything new but have been enjoying playing stuff outside my norm. I love the Tom sound from that kit. I’ve probably said that before but they cut through so well. Effortless playing my friend. Keep on doin what your doin
Hey there Mike, man I miss watching you play -so I guess I have to settle for the positive feedback you ALWAYS give. Thanks brother! Those toms I use for my Ghost kits are the Pearl Masterworks (red shells) found in the core SD3 Library. They are probably some of the best sounding ones in all my SDX packs; I always find I go back to them when I need a great sound tom! I went down the rabbit hole last week and bought 3 more SDX packs (The Progressive Foundry, Rooms of Hansa, and Fields of Rock). Sadly, I have yet to really play with them as my current projects didn't call for them yet. Always appreciate you Mike, thanks for the YEARS of support! 😎🤘🙏
@@RedGearMusic The Pearl kit is also my go to for many bands. My last QR cover was based on this kit. Definitely one of the best sounding/recorded kit of the entire library. I don’t have the progressive SDX yet but I do have Hansa and Fields. I love Hansa for classic rock and there’s some great pop/rock kits too. The cymbals are the best sounding of ANY SDX I have so far! I actually use Hansa more than death/darkness. Fields have some cool kits(love the Sonor) but the presets are pretty crappy in my opinion so they require some know how to get a good overall sound. I hope to get back to recording within the next month or so. Cheers
Thanks for the comment Joke On Drums! Hope you find some other videos on my channel worth your time. I really enjoy your channel over there. Have a good holiday.
Hey Steven. Yea, I have been kicking around doing Call Me Little Sunshine. I have got the next few drum covers planned out and I might even be skipping a month or two to finish my other project. So it's on my list though! I appreciate the comment and support!
Thanks for the comment Vinicius. Mary On A Cross might be coming soon! I actually started working on that project almost when that song came out but I never finished and it's just sitting there waiting. Appreciate the comment and checking out my videos!
Read The Fucking Obituary? You mean I killed it? Well....whatever you mean, I always appreciate the comments & the support. Hope we can make this collaboration happen. Keep practicing! 🤘
What's going on Xavier! Yea, I'm doing good, thanks for asking! I have not hit a funk in playing the drums for a while now, which is good! Appreciate you taking the time to comment. 🤘🙏😎
Ah haha, that's awesome... you did find the revisted drum cover! For this version, I am using Superior Drummer 3 exclusively. You can find all details in the description as well as a link to my website where you can download this Superior Drummer 3 project file and find out exactly what SDX & EZX libraries I used on all my covers. Appreciate you checking out my drum covers... hope you find them enjoyable.
