in bomb blast injury, airblast injury is also there in option. will there be change in answer or it remains same.

Airblast and shockwave are same,so it comes under primary classification of bomb blast injury while laceration causing fatal injuries to vital organs are more likely due to shrapnels present inside the bombs or grenades (AKA flying objects-like nails, razors and other pointy objects) which comes under secondary classification. Hope it clears your doubt.
