The version of Neutral Sword I'm running forgoes using Chronos entirely, instead leveraging High-Minded Knight's stat boosts and occasional damage shield, Angel of War for more early game clear/chip and getting another avenue for free evos through Charles via Fount, and having a cheeky 'combo' of Roland into evo'd Weiss that sometimes just ends games on the spot. Certainly a funny little deck.
This is actually a version of the deck I've played quite a bit, and I can vouch for it being very fun! Weiss will always be one of my favorite cards, he is a very funny guy lmao.
I recently climbed to GM with Buff Dragon, and Neutral Sword was one of my rougher matchups. Unlike Rally, this deck had little issue clearing all but my quickest boards, and could often finish me before I could get a big enough Joe combo. My best chance was to stall with multiple copies of Drazael and Heavenscale until my followers became too buffed to clear anymore, but that required decent luck. Considering how popular Buff is on the ladder, I don't think this is a terrible choice of deck.
Drazael and Heavenscale are some of my least favorite cards in this game, so it does feel fantastic being able to prevent them with a Weiss evo LOL. It's absolutely not the worst deck to choose, and it's a lot of fun, too!
It is a lot of fun, even if it isn't super good. I am also just a sucker in general for any sword decks that aren't "play anything and then play twinblader." Also thank you very much, cheers my friend!

Did it make neutral better?Yes.Did it fix the problem of neutral sword?Short answer,no.A lot of decks in the meta doesn’t really care if your followers are untargetable and it still doesn’t fix the fact that neutral sword is a very slow deck compared to to most deck as it only really pop off at evo turn,which by the time you reach it your opponent would have chipped your health down to half at least.On top of that,neutral sword lethal turn is usually on turn 8-9,sometimes at turn 7 if your opponent gets a shitty hand but that’s the only reason you’ll win on that turn.I tried playing neutral sword a lot in hope that the new cards would fix the deck but it really didn’t affect it much ,you just gotta pray your opponent doesn’t highroll your ass and get your grimnir and Alice on time.
It definitely made neutral sword better, but she absolutely doesn't feel like enough, and the deck's probably gonna get way worse when Alice rotates out, and I'm super not excited for it. It's definitely not a great deck, but I think I can comfortably say it's at least a *good* deck LOL.
I am gonna be completely honest I don't run the neutral package in the deck is it a one trick pony weiss turbo deck... yea half of my games I lose because deck out probably should put in a damage option in the deck.
