Values Champion Engagement

In our quest to transform the culture in schools, we seek to impact all those involved in the school. Educators are a key part of this as they work with and mold young minds in schools. As they teach and impact their learners, educators often neglect themselves, but they too need a moment of reflection and acknowledgement. Columba hosts Values Champion Engagement weekends to give educators an opportunity to share ideas, affirm each and reflect on their work and lives. These sessions revitalize their zeal for working with young people and inspire them to be change and thought leaders inside and outside the classroom.
