Since pork sinigang is sour... it's an acquired taste. BUT pork sinigang is the BEST comfort not many people know. I would eat that for breakfast, lunch, merienda and dinner. 😂

You're in a decent area, go to places like NYC or SF, you will not spend even an hour to find people wanting to try your food. 😀 I think people find it hard to pronounce words like Sinigang, or any other native name so I guess as a suggestion, ask them something like, "Which one is better, the broth or the bbq/grilled~/fried~/ etc.". Then it will be easier for them to decide. I think you will get a much more objective poll in that manner. Of course you're going to tell them eventually what the dish is called.

naalala ko tuloy yung Briton na nakaubos nung ulam namin na sinigang tsaka kanin di pa ko kumakain. Buti nalang sanay pa ko nuon na mag fasting. Favorite nya pala yung sinigang. Andami kaya nun pang 3 tao pa hahahaa. Nagiisip ako kung anung kakainin ko kase gabi na tapos napansin ko nalang naglalalaplapan na sila ng asawa nyang Pinay. 😅😅😅

For those who don’t know, Kangkong grows very fast (4inches per day) and is considered an invasive species.
Time to whack them by eating kangkong adobo and sinigang then!

You can use spinach instead of kangkong or Chinese petchay. May gumagawa rin dito sa Pinas, natikman ko masarap pa rin naman
