I bought it, just for personal cause. This skin can be considered pretty expensive, however in my opinion it's just a way to support the game after all. It's just a skin and it doesn't make you overpowered what's so ever. It was always like that, skins in games cost real life money to support the game. It's not p2w. I enjoy tds and I didn't get a single dj skin since 2020 (seriously). I don't have THAT much money to call myself rich to buy it. I play non-multiplayer games most of the time, so I compare this to just buying an extension to the game I love spending time in.

So in conclusion they cannot get any profit if it could be obtained for free. Another problem now, they cannot make it free AFTER they set the game pass onsale. Because we paid for the SKIN and NOT TO SKIP PROGRESS. So if the skin turns to be free now, players who bought it would be scammed. They cannot return robux spent and refunding in gold, gems or even skins would NOT make it worth. It's best if it stays up in public store for a week and then appear from time to time in the daily skin rotation for players to buy. It's the first ever ultimate skin but it doesn't change the gameplay whatsoever, so it's player's choice if they want it or not. It's not required for game progress etc.
In all seriousness, the price of Mako Dj is worth it if you’re into Miku (or vocaloids of all that matter) but if you aren’t into that, then it isn’t worth it

I don’t even know why they made it 800 robux, it’s obviously not because their doing poorly in revenue (literally take a glance at their game passes or gambling wheel and you’ll know), and this skin could’ve easily been apart of the deluxe crate, since all it literally does is “give cool effects” to other towers and sure, other ultimate skins may be cheaper, but you don’t have to introduce another category to skins this badly, especially with how underwhelming the skins actually are

I always find robux only skins to be very stupid. Skins are literally only for cosmetic purposes (obviously excluding golden skins) so I feel like they should all be obtainable for free in some way, even if it is stupidly hard.
