hey Propellars, I just want to let you know that you are super underrated. You put so much effort into the videos that you make and I hope that you receive the support you deserve and want. Keep up the good work!
Archer, when it first came out in the 2019 winter event, was SUPER overpowered. By itself, you could probably get to around wave 35 or so (if you had something like outlaw with hidden detection). It's only weakness was that it didn't have hidden. But now it sucks
Well technically archer is the BEST tower in the game, beating both war machine and mecha base since at max, it does inf penetration so theoretically it can do inf dmg

It loves to miss a lot thou, like A LOT a lot. Not sure if they made it to where it always hits or its still trash projectile like it used to be. Haven't really played since halloween 2020
It had 44 dps for 4000 but it was nerfed a day later and the dps went down to 25 - 30 and cost increased to 5000 but that was still really good
I have the archer and I was so sad when it got nerfed.
I also got commando, it’s terrible. It costs 1.6k to place and barely does anything.

Fun fact about eclipse executioner: the reason why it was gifted a free skin upon simply obtaining the tower is because the devs did not have time to finish modeling the tower before the deadline and they didn't want to delay the game even more so they just pushed out a quick easy and simple design. (This also explains why it was SUPER buggy after it's release.

Back in 2021 I was lucky enough to play with Pedromendz and i was able to see the mecha base and war machine in action, probably my most unique tds memory
one thing tds did wrong was make certain towers unobtainable with no way of getting them if you miss an event (excluding gladiator) because unlike most unobtainable items in other games they actually give advantages and most of the time are decently op causing newer players to never be able to be as good as some of the older players because they cant get the same towers as them
I’m just going to say that’s mostly the players fault not the game…
It’s called a event for a reason..
People can get the event items, it just cost robux
At least there's something separating the supposedly OG players from the new ones, makes you feel special in a way

I started playing during the gladiator event on june 2019,i actually quit mid 2020 but i still played all the events and have gotten all the towers except the mecha base and war machine,including all event skins except ghost pyro and ghost dj,i hope this new christmas event will be tons of fun to play 😊
Mate I’m in a similar situation, I started playing July 2019 but when my friends stopped playing in 2020 it took the run out of the game, so I myself quit the game, I’ve only come back to the game recently and I wish I was there for all the events

i quit playing since the halloween 2019 bc below decided to make shitty maps with a ton of detail wich lagged my game so hard
but in early 2021 i got not a pog pc and that was when i came back 2 teh game

the eclipse executioner was suppose to be obtainable via beating the base event (all 4 nights) this mean people who pay robux for get the tower where not gonna get the skin unless beating the event,but due to a bug people who spend robux on the executioner gamepass they get the skin.

@@hooppss void miner is like the worst dev only tower,only having the ability of activating hidden wave more "automatically" but as soon as towers such as engineer and accel appeared speedrunning the game become a piece of cake that having a tower like that was awful,also taking in mind that the tower got deleted after the hardcore overhaul update
You did miss one, but I don't blame you honestly, I wouldn't have known about it without meeting one singular player. The tower is called the Sentry. It is a small little robotic sentry (like the one the Engineer places, but less detail) that actually did a large amount of damage. It was added on August 2nd, 2019, and then removed on October 29th, 2020. While definitely a cool flex, it was very buggy when I met the player (around late 2020 I think), I can't even imagine what it would be like now. Just thought I'd share this, Great video.👍
they where re-made and turned onto the engineer's sentries.
They did not do a lot of dps since they where bugged.
@@mrehatt2582 they DID do a lot of DPS, actually. due to gimmicks, Sentry SHREDDED single-targets. WikiaColors had a vid about that, go check it out.

I got party scout with celebration21 but when scout was reworked in 2021 for solar eclipse, it turned into default scout with a party hat that clips through all of its items also, toxic gunner just doesn’t slow anymore

for the skins, you should talk about the slasher's skin called " Spring Time " , the slasher is the less obtained event tower in the whole game and the skin was coming from a limited code, the code was SPR1NGM1L3ST0NE but the code isn't valid anymore

the rarest skin is the Spring Time Slasher, a skin that could be obtained for a short time during a time where tds was kinda low on players, + this skin could be obtained by a code only if the player have the slasher which is the rarest event tower

I think there’s a couple things you missed like the Halloween hunter and even though you touched on it demon glad came out before you could buy glad so unless you were saving the crate, bought glad and got the skin you couldn’t get it any other way.

Celebration 2021:I give a party hat skin for towers for only a limited time
in 2019 at christmas event, you could get the full pack of the party hat skins to celebrate new years
Mecha Base sounds pretty balanced, Like Zed it's meant to be insanely powerfull apon arrivial, Note tho it's only there for a limited time and there is probably going to be an placement limit of 2 or 3. so 400 DPS isnt that much if it dies in 20-30 seconds
But it extremely cheap to upgrade

For the executioner, you don't just have to own the tower, you have to own the eclipse badge. If someone were to just purchase the tower they wouldnt get the skin which makes it very rare. This means only 134k accounts have it as only 134k people owned the badge (I think it was 134k)

As a person with recliner and have been playing ever since it came out but still doesn’t have pumpkin gladiator… I at least have toxic gunner executioner eclipse skin gladiator sledger and finally necromancer

I haven’t played the game for three years after I got perm ban watching this video to see all the towers I have that weren’t rare at the time and now are is pretty cool
The executioner skin is based off enemy max executioner (can be on act 1 or 3)
I do have Community Minigunner which is my main when it comes to Minigunner skins but I sadly don’t have Twitter Minigunner which I really want due to its max level and I find the shade of blue quite nice and I’m surprised you didn’t mention the spring time Slasher as it is very rare to even find 1 player to have it let alone use it
I have slasher but dont use it because it got nerfed into the ground after becoming unobtainable :/

Community minigunner is ugly
I think they should buff toxic gunner by giving it hidden at level 3 and at max its full auto but changes to 3 damage then people will actually use the tower instead of it being useless
You also Missed 1 tower that only admins have (I forgot the name of it but john roblox did video about that tower)
I played when Rocketeer was released, I have every event skin (except the Philips and Valentines) and towers (except Frost Blaster) cause I stopped playing when the philips event released and took a break in the Village of Despair event, it's a huge flex to use commando and slasher lmaoaoooaoa

i played a lot in 2020 and 2021 and stopped. i checked back at it and so much stuff changed, since i checked back in 2023. After seeing the change I was just gonna quit but I just stumbled upon your vidoes and now i’m probably gonna play again.
I actually logged into tds for the first time when they gave out the free party crate. I used it and got Scout, and I still use it over Raven sometimes for a reaction
I have all of these (or had) and I didn’t even know some of them were rare besides the Cauldron emote. (And also beside the dev only)
I didn't knew the party and twitter skin is actually rare until you made this video.
I missed so much, I wish I never quit tds. After the area 51 event, I quit the game and moved on with my life, I missed so many items and towers. I came back when the Halloween 2020 event happened. I now play the game off and on, missed violent nights, and Ducky dooms revenge. I was one of the few who got the gladiator in the sword fight on the heights event. I only have 2 gold skins, though, for the amount of time I have been playing, I am a very bad player.

Another code skin was the spring slasher that was available during the 2020 Easter event and would only work if you had slasher

I joined the game the same time as you but before hardcore and when the easter event was ending. Sadly, my account was hacked and deleted so now i lost all my progress and i have to start all over. I am however getting back into the game again and im already at level 40, i returned recently to the game. It still sucks thought that i lost all those event towers i had as well as those skins, emotes, and everything else. Almost had enough coins for my very first golden crate too. But as a wise person once said, in life, you gain and lose things.

Fun fact: The lvl 4 eclipse executioner mimics the “penumbras” boss in the solar eclipse event, like what you said about the lvl 5 mimicking “the umbra”

Commando actually rarest event tower in the game. It second event after SFOTH(gladiator), but commando doesnt have game pass. So only most OG players can have it

Fun story: I joined a game of badlands, where I had randomly joined a game with a moderator called DragonFlies, I noticed in his loadout he had war machine and my brother immediately freaked out. It was a very unexpected encounter, and I learnt that war machine is very epic 🥶🥶🥶

I joined the game in 2019 then lost all of my stuff due to a bug, a lot of other people had the same bug, then the devs would help us get the stuff back. I left the game in late 2020 and then when I joined back in 2022, all my stuff was gone again but this time the mods/devs declined to help me get my stuff back. I lost so many of things, I had commando, sentry thingy, swordsman/gladiator and some other cool stuff. If u are an og, u now what inventory deletion bug I’m talking about.
In 2020 tds was getting a new map for hardcore mode but it was so laggy that you could actually buy the mecha base, sadly i didnt get but i only got slasher

i remember when i had lazy couch, but a data saving problem happened to the whole server and everybody was reset. everybody got there levels and things back, but i only got half of my level and some of my things back, i am still super sad from that day

I think they need to give people a chance with game passes and stuff for all event towers, like the commando and frost blaster, but they need to buff them and give the people who got the tower originals with the event a special skin.

Tbh I think the rarest skin (besides 1 admin one) is Xmas skins because it’s been 2 years and you cant get it since 2019 event.
