What people really need to realize, when it comes to Dimash and Vitas, is that it's not really about one being better than the other. Because they are both inevitably very different.
I can understand that due to the difference in their voice types, some people will find more appeal in either Vitas or Dimash.
I can see the argument that Vitas has a... unique... quality about his voice. Not a quality that makes it better or worse than another, but just something to the sound of his voice that isn't quite as common, pulling in an almost niche following, compared to the more broad reaching appeal of a voice type like Dimash's.
Ulimately, I've actually known of Vitas and have been listening to his music for quite a bit longer than Dimash. But I like them equally as much.
It's cool seeing how Dimash has been getting so much attention and I've watched more videos of people reacting to his music than I expected to.
But at the same time. I can't help but feel sad that I don't see that much activity amongst Vitas fans. I mean.. It could be because Vitas's debut as
a singer was actually way back in 2000. But even with his rise in popularity on the internet starting in 2015, I haven't really seen a big boost in people
reacting to his music, outside of 7th element, which became a meme.
Vitas has sung well over 100 songs since his career began, and while I can't say I like all of them, I do like a lot of them (and not just the ones with high notes).
But I've only really seen reactions to his music spanning only about 5 of those songs.
Anyway, point of the message here was that Dimash and Vitas both are deserving of attention. And it's really not fair to just sum up one of them by just saying that they are worse than the other.

I was a big Vitas fan for many years but he has now become more of a meme than a performer. His lipsincing at concerts rather than actually singing the songs was allegedly to preserve his voice. Thanks for the reaction anyway as it shows how clearly superior Dimash is as a live performer.

In case you are not aware, Vitas was the original singer of Opera 2 that Dimash sang in Singer 2017 in China. Vitas also has a phenomenal range like Dimash. He's a very big star in Russia 😊. Maybe you can check out Vitas doing Opera 2.

Hi, Vitas has a unique style but I think Dimash has a lot more power in his head voice/ soprano, it sounds a lot fuller. Yes it is fair to compare them, whats wrong in comparing the way someone sings a particular song. Dimash says he followed Vitas career a lot when he was younger but I've never heard Vitas compliment Dimash, in fact when Dimash sang "Opera 2" on the singer all he got from the Vitas team was threatened with a lawsuit yet when Dimash sang "Adagio" he was congratulated immediately after the show by Laura Fabian(the original singer of Adagio). Just shows the difference in people if they think they are being threatened by a new kid on the block !!
Vitas is the author of Opera-2 and he wrote it at the age of 14 and there is still Opera -1

This is the first time I heard Vitas version on Adagio. He sings falsetto which is a big compliment on his part. Dimash version is much more with passion and emotions. They are both very good. Hate to make comparisons. They are star of their own. Thank you.

Vitas`s vioce is acturally much better in high note. dimash`s voice is only good in middle note not high note. his high note has no qualiity and can not compare with Vitas!
