Mollusk, Squid, and even Fish causes the same reaction for me. Fish raw is fine. Wasp Venom also causes massive swelling beyond your normal localized area like a bee sting wpuld give.

Is the culprit parvalbumin - the suspect allergic protein in these fish that causes severe problems?
I can eat molluscs but not crustaceans. I am allergic to spiders though.
Can eat crab and lobster but not shrimp because it itches and makes it hard to breathe
