Hi new subbie here. I have fallen in love with this bag and I really would like one in the red. I just purchased me 1st New from boutique LV piece it’s just the small wallet card case. I do have a vintage Eclipse Pm preloved which was my first actual luxury bag. I have the unboxing up on my channel. I am a contemporary girl but I’m starting to appreciate LV more and more. what do you do if the hardware button get scratched? i just got it a few days ago and i didn’t realised how easy it is to get scratches. Do the store usually provide complimentary repair service ?
I think it truly depends upon how long you’ve had the bag. If it’s normal wear and tear with time and not a defect, I highly doubt they would replace it with no upfront cost. I will suggest creating a great relationship with a sales associate if you have one close by as that does make a difference too! Hope this helps!
