If I recognize that audio at the beginning, that was the real audio of a 2 USAF plane training mission off the coast of Mexico in the early 2000s where a "Tic-Tac" like object was found hovering inches above the ocean and then accelerating off violently. I would recommend Lemmino's "Extraordinary until proven otherwise" documentary on the subject.

They should definitely add more jets to warthunder especially F-22, F-35, Su-35S,
like the grind isn't unbearable already, also good luck getting any amount of publicly available documents for those. Specifically the Su-35S since the Russian government doesn't even give any info about MiG-25s from 1970s.
Although seeing how utterly lackluster and non realistic War Thunder is, you may be in luck

Canada had a balloon incident in the mid to late 80s. They unloaded small arms bullets on it (small for a jet anyhow). But the balloon stayed afloat. Newspapers ran titles like "Big Jet can't even shoot down balloon" and the US didn't want a repeat of that so they hit it with a missle sans explosive unit.

@@sirtommenom2949 The missile is already built, and paid for, and if it wasn't used for this, it would have been used either for training (which this can arguably be considered a scaled down version) or be retired from old age; assuming you do actually mean what you say about not wanting a global war. And the reason I insult is because it is so obvious that if it was a republican president that ordered the shoot down you wouldn't comment such stupidity. Or if it was a us object in Chinese airspace-which they would respond in the exact same manner by the way-again, you wouldn't comment such stupidity.
