Great question! The answer is we revisit our stakeholder register all the time. Those documents are not there initially, but when we're moving from planning to executing and wanting to check our stakeholders, we can use the PM plan or Engmt plan as a guide. We may need to add people to our Engmt plan, and refine our people or approach if some stakeholders are unhappy.
