Just to mention, I did Prepcast Sim, 1st and 2nd SIM score - 76% and 78% respectively. 3rd sim after watching your PMBOK Playlist and ACP Playlist, I scored 87.2% on Prepcast and scored AT/AT/AT on my PMP. Hi David. If the customer asks for some new requirements/refinements / enhancements to the end result ,product or service during the CLOSURE phase of the project , then do we Straightaway reject that request OR we route it through the CCB after doing the impact analysis ?
If the Project gets cancelled due to some organizational related reasons , what the PM should do 1. Validate deliverables 2. Update PMP 3. Update Lessons learnt 4. Update Risk Register Your thoughts please
