I cut dairy out 4 years ago and it’s been life changing!
I am with you 100% when it comes to dairy. I just try to focus on moderation and quality dairy. I feel like a lot of dairy substitutions made it worse almost, due to all the additives.

It's called an armoire- the piece of furniture that you want to put in your bedroom for additional storage. Would highly recommend getting a vintage one because it'll be way better quality- modern day furniture (especially wood pieces) just aren't built the same.

Yess! If people can tolerate dairy and digest it well, high quality dairy is such a nutrient dense food. Bio individuality is key, but as someone who avoided dairy and meat for over a year, I feel much better!

I think the quality of food is what matters for most people. But for ppl with hormonal imbalances, restrictions are necessary. Marketers exploit this a lot to convince people to restrict & buy their products instead. But if you’re balanced, you don’t have to restrict :)
