    Great to see you back in the water and doing reviews. After 6 months I gave up on my Freescrubber. In my experience the wave needs push to work. Not a grovel board and I would say unless the wave has decent energy I would only ride it shoulder height and up. It's also a little slow off the mark. So if you need that first pump to make the section just after the take off ...... then I would ride a different board. Mine always held. Went super well on the backhand. After watching as many video's I could find of people riding it, I put my experience down to user error. Ha ha.

      Hi mate
      I really enjoyed it! But agree it isn’t a grovel board and likes a little bit of power 🤙

      @@ry_sturrock it’s depends on the situation that because fish beard is narrow which is quickly movement for example it’s big difference between 250cc motor cycle and 1000cc but both are nice

    I feel like your surfing looks best at 35 liters

    • @WoolyTV
      @WoolyTV  Год назад +2

      Yeah it’s weird. So many different volumes and shapes so it’s hard to just stick to one volume as a golden rule.
      Some crew think I surfed best on the Flat Earth and that one is 36L. I find I like to go up in volumes in the shorter, wider boards. Most of my performance boards feel best at 33 to 34.5L.
      I feel like my turns are better on the lower volume boards BUT the type of waves play a massive part on the volume feeling good too 🤙
