Sumera, thank you so much. There are COUNTLESS panjiri recipes on youtube, but yours is the simplest and easy to make. Other recipes are too complicated. One chef made a syrup of sugar and added to panjiri, that is another layer of extra work. Thank you for explaining it so well. Seemi from Virginia, US
