You have to know that cocaine is very very sticky, second, third, forth hand and so on is very possible. If you go clubing and drink only sparkling water there is a 90% chance that a swab on you will come up positive. If you test any money bill there is a 50% chance that it will come up positive, not for the use of that note but the contact with it in several iterations.

Every traveler is responsible for themselves and their legal declarations. People do it all the time because the authorities can't apprehend everyone but let's not make excuses for people who don't give a fig about a country's environmental safety.
