At 1:04 morgan says aren't they all the same? And guess what, this lady and the man who died are wearing same coloured costumes with little different shade, which looks same on her mobile screen
On a phone that shows you pics from a few seconds in the future? Cursed objects never work the way you want them to. She'd likely just end up summoning something nasty. Safer to just ditch the phone (and hope it actually stays behind) and leave.
Honestly she took like five minutes being scared of being pushed out the window while staying on the edge on tiptoes, if she was pushed she deserved it
Creating fear in daylight setup , that's something hard and you did it perfectly well. Great direction ! I don't really freak out watching horror but this one caused palpitations lol
Yeah, it'd be too easy to do this at night in the woods or something like that but a built up area in broad daylight, that aspect of utter mundane ordinariness that's tilted oh so slightly into a spooky setting give it that nightmare effect.
The way the film does it right now is still good (we see but she doesn't see the door to her side open), but it would have been interesting if she actually rushed over to lock the door but noticed that the lock in the picture was different from the lock on the door in front of her.
Brilliant use of misdirection. I especially love that we're quick to assume that it's the front door that's about to open even though the handle in the picture looks slightly different.
Seeing a creepy hand at your Window? Hearing steps ? Seeing a door get slammed? Going into that room towards the something with the blanket? Seems about white
Even if some jerk stand in the middle of a parking lot, doesn't mean you can hit them. Wtf is wrong with the driver he did not stop at all. If it was me, I fucking remember the plat number.
Aside from not calling 911 on the phone you literally have in your hand (script problem) she is the best actress I’ve seen in any of these short horror films. Her “Uhhh what tf??!?” face is so organic. And to be fair, at least for the first 4 minutes, my reaction would be the same. The absolute confusion would overwhelm the fear. I’d be like “I must be trippin”.
Errr.... What is she supposed to tell the cops though? That there's weird pictures showing up on her phone from the future? They'd write her off as crazy.
Yeah, when we see horror movie decision-making, we forget that we are not in the movie. Unless it is slasher films, because "Let's split up" "I hear a noise in the basement, let's go check with the lights off" is really obvious stuff. Although both of them standing in the middle of the street, that - that was just dumb.
Yeah, after a bit I was going "Uh, no normal person would stand there that long without rushing forward and locking the door and then calling on the phone for help" lol
Bruh why did she put the sheet on the mannequin again and why did she still stay near the window when she saw the picture of her falling out of the window🤦🏽♀️

+rania dandis Horror movies really have found themselves in a character, cliche pit... The dumb one or slutty one always dies first, the black man always dies trying to save everybody else, a woman survives -- some movies are finally starting to worm their way out of this pit, but it's still horribly common.
Cynthia King I totally agree with you , it's really boring to be able to expect the ending before it happens 😒 you can watch wolf creek to see a different arrangement for who dies first 👍🏻
Agree. And in the case of It don't use stock synth string hits and predictible music swells to undercut the tension you are building. I loved that movie buy a lot of films would be better if they used more silence.
A very nice and grippy film. For all the horror lovers. Great Direction cinematography background score and screen play... never felt afraid in broad day light ... that too without any dramatic lighting and unnecessary SFX... perfect ambience was created!
Just posting a comment for the algorythm to remind the world that this short exists. Still a very good one imo, despite binge watching all sorts of horror shorts in the past few years, this one stuck with me.
The concept was different.. I like it.. The use of the phone.. Sending pictures.. And the story was being told through it, was quite captivating.. Good job.
This was indeed a refreshing change, so many are so quick to pick faults. So it is not a multi million dollar production...... But it was a great use of mis direction :-)
Bradley schappell---yes I was doing the same thing. I had it on pause to see what others were saying in the comments. I keep pausing during the mannequin unveiling... I thought I was gonna start jumping out of my skin. I was already scared since the time 9:00 in the oven picture. Good job on scaring the living shit out of me.
I bet that almost everyone *[including me]* are scared and reading the comments while watching the video. Also.. Why was the parking lot so freaking busy?
Creepy! The only thing that messed up the story was the guy getting hit. The driver was speeding in a parking lot without looking where they were going? I understand the whole story is unrealistic & fictional but that was just silly.
Could be a new unfamiliar place that she shares with others, or she's in charge of painting a space that's not her business, or she wasn't the one who moved in all the mannequins. It's not that big of a plot hole, well at least not big enough to bother me much :)
And there you have it folks, nothing good ever comes out of seeing the future!! Hot damn! First horror movie I have seen where it is only one person, (mostly) and nothing said, and it still creeped me out!! Well done!
Suzanne Kruger I think the lack of dialogue means this film could be enjoyed by anyone anywhere in the world, regardless of language. it didn't need the spoken word.
I really enjoyed this from beginning to end. I like how it's in a light and airy place rather than a dark and grungy basement. It made watching this more enjoyable and real. I'd rate this 11/10 :)

5-Create a sense of dredd no matter where the main victim goes
6-Have unique kills that are brutal
7-throw people off with kill patterns (the black guy doesnt always have to die first/the women doesnt have to always survive etc etc)
8-sometimes having a character killed off screen is best
9-Throw the viewer off with in your face viewing of the creature but have the appearance blurred so the viewer is unaware they are actually seeing the creature
10-Less is more
mrsanatra1 many movies started to break the rule of the surviving woman

+rania dandis Horror movies really have found themselves in a character, cliche pit... The dumb one or slutty one always dies first, the black man always dies trying to save everybody else, a woman survives -- some movies are finally starting to worm their way out of this pit, but it's still horribly common.
Cynthia King I totally agree with you , it's really boring to be able to expect the ending before it happens 😒 you can watch wolf creek to see a different arrangement for who dies first 👍🏻
Agree. And in the case of It don't use stock synth string hits and predictible music swells to undercut the tension you are building. I loved that movie buy a lot of films would be better if they used more silence.
i’m so paranoid i would’ve left the house the second i saw the 9:00 picture
I don't know, I like blue so I can't decide which shade to pick. I mean, they all look pretty tho
Imagine getting hit by a car at that speed in a parking lot LOL
Cvbggfghrhttttytfjjt(%6 na 🤐🤐🤨🤨😐😑😑😜🤐🤐
Lol
They obviously ignored the NO DRAG RACING sign.
This needs part 2
I think the hand was the cripiest
Dragon Warrior yea it does
Dragon Warrior right!
These 8 minutes and 17 seconds were scarier than the majority of the thrillers I've watched. And I've watched a lot 😂
Hi people who are hiding in the comments
I cant watch it. Is it too scary?
Hi
its safer here
Hi
hahaha me. 😂😂😂
I found myself looking at the comments section to see if there were any bad jump scares 😂 great film overall!!
Bradley schappell I was doing the same thing
I would have called 911 and been gone with the wind as soon as I saw the hand on the windiw
so it's pretty much a brief reimagining of the Goosebumps book "Say Cheese And Die"?
Or Stephen King's 'Sundog'
Shane Superville or twilight zones "unusual camera"
I thought twilight zone to because of the window
Great story. But check out the old Twilight Zone episode titled "A Most Unusual Camera". Very similar.
That's exactly what I was thinking, this is such a rip-off
I bet that almost everyone *[including me]* are scared and reading the comments while watching the video.
Also.. Why was the parking lot so freaking busy?
That’s exactly what I thought!
In the script?
Tbh
why does everyone hide in the comments, I just watch the video like a normal person
w a n i k a We’re scared 😂
Creepy! The only thing that messed up the story was the guy getting hit. The driver was speeding in a parking lot without looking where they were going? I understand the whole story is unrealistic & fictional but that was just silly.

it could have been the monster or something xD it happened on purpose I think
what is she doing with that mannequin in her home? I should get one and scare myself stupid!
She could be a clothing designer and she's painting her home studio for meeting corporate clients. :D
Frankie2012channel then how come she didnt know it was there in the first place?
Could be a new unfamiliar place that she shares with others, or she's in charge of painting a space that's not her business, or she wasn't the one who moved in all the mannequins. It's not that big of a plot hole, well at least not big enough to bother me much :)
Frankie2012channel lol
And there you have it folks, nothing good ever comes out of seeing the future!! Hot damn! First horror movie I have seen where it is only one person, (mostly) and nothing said, and it still creeped me out!! Well done!
how is it that she never said a word!! not even to the guy in the parking lot. Has anyone have thoughts on this, could she be mute?
Suzanne Kruger she was scared, dunno what to say and explain something that makes non-sense. that's why maybe..
Suzanne Kruger I think the lack of dialogue means this film could be enjoyed by anyone anywhere in the world, regardless of language. it didn't need the spoken word.
She was in shock, confusion and disbelief. Rendering it hard to speak, I guess.
i love how they made a great atmosphere during day time. good work :)
This movie was scary AF, why did I watch this at night alone??? Good job guys, nailed the tense atmosphere...
Take note Hollywood. This is how you make a good horror film
I LOVED IT! Watching it at 3 in the morning...now I keep hearing sounds.
I really enjoyed this from beginning to end. I like how it's in a light and airy place rather than a dark and grungy basement. It made watching this more enjoyable and real. I'd rate this 11/10 :)
This deserves way more views! Great job :)
I agree
Thank you +Pretty Scary and +DESI D
your welcome
:)
we scariest movies my friend
The pacing, the atmosphere.....everything. I loved everything about this. Great work!
Amazing how the simplest ideas can be the scariest. Masterfully done - well done 😨
didn't even bother to call 911

It was a nice twist on the Twilight Zone episode of a camera that takes pictures of events which take place a few moments in the future.
Great imagination to the writer , good job to all involved .
I like this and I like how it was set in the daytime!
I just start to watch horror short film since last night and I never watch horror movie alone except now. How this short films can make my hair up. Gosebumps and hide in the comment lol
Thats really good work tho! :o Would be probably a nice horror movie.
