    Yay!! My hope is that since May in Iowa has been so warm, we will get a cool start to June and we can keep the ranuncs blooming! 🤞

    OMG that looks so good. I bet you’re unbelievably excited to get growing in there. I live in the UK and I’m honestly thinking of getting myself a small one. I’ve recently got myself an allotment so I’d have the room now. Happy growing. Deb. X

    Congratulations! I hope you get some blooms but even if you don’t, as you said, now you have it in place, so you can get them in much earlier next year.

    I love raNUNculous! Due to the very wet spring, I was late planting mine out. It's warming up fast now so hope I will get to see some blooms. Hope your raNUNculous will do well.

    I'm in the same place trying to get things built before planting out. Looking forward to not having that pressure next year ❤ this is random but I'd love to see a vid with your thoughts on cameras and lenses for RUclips and flower photography given your background in photography!

    I started off with 50 corms and ended up with twenty growing in my garden. They look kind of sad! I hope they get healthier looking. I am in zone 4b in MN and this was my first year trying them. I used a caterpillar hoop. I also was late because we put down fabric. I just couldn’t face the weeds in July anymore! You always pulled your fabric up at the end of the season, right? And then did you put down compost before the winter?

    • @SunshineFlora
      @SunshineFlora  Год назад

      Good luck! They tend to shut down when it gets warm so will see how I do. I pull fabric up in the spring, put down ammendments and then put back down

    If you weren't waiting for me the hopp house, would you have just planted them straight outside early, or was it too cold for the ranunculus? I just planted mine outside yesterday after hardening them off, n of course woke up to 36 degrees f.

      I did last year and when it got hot early, they just fried. It was better to wait to have them under shade cloth even though it was later

      Not yet. Currently using a hose. That may be how it is this year or I may come up with a temp solution
