Pede po ba inumin bonamine 1hr before then inom po ulit after 6hrs para sa susunod na mahabang byahe? May flight po ako bukas 😬

You can take 1-2 tablets po (25mg), 1 hour before your flight and it’s good for 24hrs na po. ❤️
