This video is extremely valuable for me rn. What did you do when you didn't like how they sounded? Did you just put them in a breakout room until everyone else was done or just removed them. The latter is kinda harsh so I was hesitant in doing it like that.

You could also make them make an audio of them reading the script to save even more time
then you have to go one by one and dm them and then one by one and check, in this case you didn’t even have to dm them.

Great video and tons of value here but tbh you can only use Upwork for certain roles, cold calling should be the last one on the list. Most people from upwork are either too expensive or simply not a good fit for the most part.

Hey I have some questions about forming an agency and it seems like you may be able to help. Starting an agency when I don’t know any of the service delivery myself, I feel like I’m drowning in content surrounding the space and I still can’t discern where my value is. What can you tell me about picking a service to deliver on and how to have that service fulfilled?

If you’re serious about starting an smma the best thing you could do for early service delivery is probably learning Facebook ads. Once you learn the ins and outs of Facebook ads, or even just the barebones skills you need to run half decent ads, you can either start pitching to clients and try and close deals with no testimonials, or start working for businesses for free for a week, a month, etc. (working for free and providing value to a business will give you amazing testimonials over time)
This is by no means a one-size-fits-all business plan, but if you follow a structure like what i wrote and implement your own ideas effectively I’m sure you’ll be able to scale your agency pretty fast.
