David I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter 💔🕊️💔 as the opiate epidemic affected my home as well. ,🙏🕊️ Thank God as soon as I saw that my son was always high I knew that he was taking some type of opiate.🙏 The sad part was I had minimal knowledge on how to help him🕊️. You just can't stop taking them because you will go through withdrawals and that is not a pretty site to look at. If you don't have them within a few hours your body will go through withdrawals,🙏. He would vomit AKA projectile all over the bathroom, to try to get him into a rehab center was impossible we even tried outpatient services and they were unwilling to help Presently I am a single mother and my son is his is in his mid-twenties. I'm in my 50s and my husband died due to a massive heart attack 💔🕊️ yet I would not surrender. I was determined to make sure that my son stayed alive as long as I was alive. He is presently now on vivitrol which I find to be a great medication which what it does is it doesn't allow the brain cells to want to take opiates. Not only that if you do take an opiate after the vivitrol shot you become seriously ill. There were no warning signs on the bottles of medicine that all of these young adults we're taking so my son lost a lot of friends or should I say they overdosed due to this drug. This medication was meant for people or patients that have chronic pain such as cancer or a surgery that's gone wrong and the patients are in excruciating pain for the rest of their life 🕊️a lot of the medication was coming from crooked doctors where a patient would give the doctor $500 for a script for 30 days. What I'm trying to tell you is I feel your pain 💔🙏 there was a movie that was out recently with Michael Keaton. It is a true story and it describes how someone's personality totally changes. Michael Keaton wrote the script and starred in it 💯✨because his godchild overdosed on opiates Lastly let me tell you that you are not alone. So many of these young upcoming men and women start taking this nightmare of a drug and once they get hooked there aren't a lot of avenues for your child to get the proper help he or she requires. My prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family and I know there's a hole in your heart that will never be filled another one thing You are not alone, I am presently seeing a psychiatrist let's go to my son's problem, keep me him sober it has been almost a year that he has been taking the vivitrol and no more opiates he came close to dying but he's still with us today so I know everything you're feeling may God reign peace-🕊️and-love❤️ over your home as you adapt to the loss of your beautiful daughter.
