She unknowingly responded to cave speech and agree to all he said because she was influence by caroline, so yeah she delete caroline personality. I think GLaDOS chose the best possible animal to scientifically transform into killing machines.

Judging by how Wheatley, Atlas, and P-Body all react to birds throughout both single player and multi player, I think it's just something robots/cores are inherently afraid of

I believe she knows but just lied because that's what Glados does lie she wanted us to leave the facility because she knows she's a danger to her she even says now Caroline lives her too plus the ending opera song says "goodbye my beautiful girl" if I remember the translation correctly she's just trying to act like her old self but her persona has cracks now

I know GLaDoS most likely has dark intentions for these baby birds, but the idea of her being a mother and learning to truly love them makes me want to have hope for her... 🥰
The wholesomeness meters are off the charts. I love this animation style too much. I literally cannot handle the shear amount of wholesomeness that I see here. Not going to “restore my faith in humanity” or any of that, but it gives me a reason to keep going.
Atlas was short, stubby, and quite blunt when it comes to objectives. P-Body is tall, thin, and a bit more "thinking" when it comes to objectives. GLaDOS is a sociopath, who hangs from a ceiling, and doesn't care about objectives at all. The humanization of these characters all suit these characters in a way I never imagined possible! Keep the work up!

A litle detail i picked up just to keep myself sane: during the first half of the animation, p-body's nametag is always partialy or fully hidden either behind her hair, the screen or her back. During the second half however her nametag is fully visible more often than not. Feel free to go bonkers and theorycraft in the replies!
Usually I hate human versions of characters that aren’t human or aren’t anymore but this is different this does that in a good way so much it pays attention to the smallest details brilliant
After thinking for a bit, I realized 2 emotes in co-op would basically be illegal with this human-robot style (the emotes when they take each other's cores out)
Someone actually made art of what the crowd grow up to be and they depict them as becoming cyborgs with small turret guns who willingly listens to glados
