I had strep b but unfortunately my labour was too fast and I didn’t get the antibiotics in time. My baby ended up with late onset strep b and sepsis at 2 months old and we almost lost him! So scary but I’m so glad it’s becoming more well known now as back then nobody knew about it. Keep smiling Elle, your so beautiful xxx

Hi Elle, nutritionist here - I think it would make a huge difference to your energy levels if you started the day with a proper breakfast that is balanced in carbs, fats and protein. The smoothie is just low calorie and carbs. Try having oats with protein powder, seeds, banana etc. Or toast with avocado and eggs! You should have more sustained energy throughout the day :). Regular snacking too, again balanced snacks will help xc

Iv got low iron, too I'm 31 weeks pregnant this week. I had an infusion 2 weeks ago, and I felt instantly better and slept better at night for the first time in years! ❤

I’ve just had 2 under 2, (two boys as well 🥹) and every worry you have I had too! The relationship you have with Saint is amazing and it’s just about to get better! He’ll be the best big brother and the best first baby to you. It’s insane how they fit in to their new purpose so instantly and you then can’t remember life before ❤️
I don’t want kids but saint makes me want kids. He is so cute and so smart and clever counting the fruit and really listening and responding to you! He’s being raised so well by you and con and you can clearly see it ❤

It’s such a misconception that KALE (or other leafy greens) is good for iron! It’s not a bioavailable source, so you can’t absorb it and convert it easily at all AND it’s in the wrong form, you need HEME IRON. The best sources are red meat, seafood, poultry and more animal foods. Hope this helps!
Yes this! Not pregnant but I'm chronically anemic, red meat is much better than greens.

As a mum of two, I can honestly say that I understand literally alllll of the thoughts you’re having 😂 I understand how you think you’ll be a little jealous or left out about Connor taking over a bit with Saint. But I can absolutely promise you, that it’s not like that. Or at least it wasn’t for me. Firstly, it’s soooo nice/rare to have actually one on one quality time with the new baby. So if someone takes the older one out for a minute it’s actually so calm and sweet with the new baby. And 2, the baby obviously sleeps a lot in the beginning few months so if anything, you spend so much time trying to maintain the bond with the older one, trying to make sure they’re getting lots of time with you too, you end up actually feeling guilty about the new born just laying alone, sleeping a lot 😂😂 or at least I did. You ALWAYS feel like you’re not giving one of them enough attention. Even though you’re probably doing amazing. Just typical mum guilt, honestly 🤣🤣
