I really love the concept of Wing EW series, that the MS get mid season upgrades + different color scheme instead of changing new MS design entirely like SEED & OO did. And GotL manga further expanded the concept with more upgrades in-between.
I'm actually going to work on this tomorrow. The Sandrock is my least favorite aside the Shen Long but the Armadillo Unit made it a must have for my Wing kits. I love the look like the Heavyarms Igel and Deathscythe Roussette add-ons. Can't wait for the accessories for the Tallgeese II, Deathscythe Hell, and Altron!
Bandai might go milking on the Wing series, the manga has so many "add-ons" which bandai could use for P-releases.. well, it was the series got popularized first (correct me if i'm wrong).. Great video and review as always! Thank you!
I just love how Sandrock was the most invincible Gundam in the Anime barley taking any arguably no damage at all through 50 episodes only taking itself out through self destruction yet there like Hey let's give it more armor lol

Moreover, there’s so many premium Bandai kit of popular Mobile suit that some people is getting tired of it. Many are also getting tired of not being able to get their hand on those kit since it’s released under Premium Bandai.

I just got and built my very first Gunpla model. It's the Sandrock EW. Basically this version without the armadillo unit. Is it possible to buy and retrofit the armadillo unit for my current Sandrock model, or do you have to buy a new Sandrock model that has the armour? It would be cool if I could just buy the armadillo unit and attach it to my current Sandrock model.
@@MechaGaikotsu Luckily I've got one (Psycho GM) from Amiami before they decided to clear their p-bandai stock. Recommend you can try there because they restock p-bandai sometimes. By the way, the Psycho GM also has the head of Psycho Gundam (with eyes and monitor stickers). You can actually turn it into Char's use Psycho Gundam if you decide Psycho Gundam with a GM custom head is too originally.

I wonder what it'd be like to get into gunpla reviewing. I've built so many kits and still have their assessories that I'd be able to create a whole host of videos already. I've built quite a bit of the 00 hg kits that don't really have a video review out there.
You should review the High Grade Gundam Ground type, it is a great high grade and it has great articulation, only downside is that the trigger finger tends to fall apart

I guess it is a funny fact: the Sandrock was so heavily armored, Heavyarms and Deathscythe used it as a mobile shield whenever they are teamed up. So, seeing this armadillo unit makes me laugh, thinking about the rest of the Wing pilots randomly picking up the Sandrock mid-firefight with their Gundams and rushing into enemy lines.
Sandrock had absurd levels of Thrust though. It managed to take off with Two Serpents hanging on to it so more Gundanium Armor shouldn't really affect it too much.
I wonder why bandai didn't do the expansion parts for the p bandai EW seperate. I mean it's just a regular version with extra armor. I mean come on bandai stop milking your consumers.

the Sandrock Armadillo appeared as a cameo in the final episode of Build Divers Re:Rise fighting along side the Gundam Anima Rize.
Take the shoulder lights/cameras off and you get more movement out of the kit. The shields should have been on multiple ball pegs though.
I hope theyll send out this unit and the roussette as seperate add on by itself we can purchase!
