This song is representative of icy place of lucidity that is beyond emotion and humanity. It constantly sound hopeful and alive while you hears subtle echoes of suffering in the background. Yet its hopeful sound is a ruse just as Griffith is and in the end the suffering to attain that dream was by killing all the humanity left inside.
It's the melody of a man who's ambition knows no boundaries. The progression from the lower notes to the higher notes while going back and forth is truly hypnotizing.
I think what makes this song so haunting is the dichotomy between the peaceful harp and the uncanny sound of the flute. This song would work really well in a horror movie.
@@Blitzy279 he is the reason why soundtracks were made for his work and he personally chose the composer of this to make the soundtrack to Berserk. So again, thank you Miura

How can something so beautiful be so disturbing and terrifying at the same time. Oh wait I just summarized Griffith in a nutshell.
Yea sure “beautiful”
@@rougepenguin2839 well I think it's beautiful in some parts anyway.
Now that's gay
@@rougepenguin2839 His leadership qualities, manipulation and the way his ideas are indeed beautiful. His actions however...

When something fucked up is going on in the manga I'd put this on. Really makes it better to read

Femto's theme.
Thank you Kentaro Miura 🙏 RIP LEGEND
I like this music and the slowed down rhythm gives the wind instruments a much more ominous lingering feeling to them. Excellent job.
Thank you Miura
What u thank Miura? He is not the one that composed the soundtrack, only the manga. 🤣

@@c.galindo9639 Yes, but still the composer is genius and he needs to get credit for it to🤦🏻♂️
@@Blitzy279 I didn’t discredit him. I just thank the actual person who inspired the composer to make this. Smh
I always thought the original was too fast
Beautiful.
I use this while reading the classic spawn, raven and hulk comics.
You know unlike most slowed songs, this isn't shit. Congratulations
RIP Miura
It's the descent to hell surprise we look at you with bloody eyes.. 🌙

Amazing
Please make extended version
Is that the Moonchild?
1.25x makes the song more serious than it already is.
Thats a lie
