Cartoon Network promos & bumpers from December 31st, 1998

Promos aired during the Tex Avery Show New Year's Marathon from 1998. The marathon included a custom intro & BRB bumps but simply used the regular intro for each short.
Originally uploaded by easportsbig899. The original uploads had some poor audio quality so I tried to fix that by syncing up the audio with the video better. It's not perfect but it's better than what was up before.
