This is awesome I modified it by replacing the concrete with Netherite blocks and adding dispensers with tnt connected to a observer so that every time the plane moves it triggers the observer then to the dispenser then dispensing tnt then BOOM!
Yes I also prefer no minecart, as I'm using this as an aircraft for my sentient pillaged i made with command blocks. So they can use it to ship cargo and reinforcements via drop pod modules that can be activated from the bottom of the plane and then will shoot downward to deploy units or supplies.

Have you ever tried making a plane which has a pulling engine? It is way easier to start ans stop them, and crumpling up does nothing. Also you cab make it so that no redstone, pistons or slime is visible fron the outside

This works very well i built it under 15 minutes. The best and most releastic I’ve seen

It was good until some of the blocks stopped moving and the whole plane stpped. This took about two minutes to happen.
