Sometimes if the nurse had extra help they would stay more and the checking would by longer. Also if any of the girls had their hair up they would take it down then the nurse would check and put your hair back up for you (only a few nurse helpers did that).

She’s too detailed to not be real. She has clothes, an earring, and even shifts a little when touched. Her ears are a slightly different tone from her shoulders. She’s real. She has very flawless back skin though!
This reminds me of when me and my best friend would want a massage or us to play with each other’s hair we’d set a 10 minute time to play with each other’s hair and to message each other and we kept putting the time higher and higher 😂 We still do this nothing has changed 😌
I don’t understand why some interpreting young adults don’t brush hair for money. I would pay $20 an hour for a scalp massage and hair brushing session. If you have enough clients that would beat working at McDs. Wouldn’t it?

They have to pay to get licensed, pay to stay licensed, pay for their equipment, maintain their equipment so they don’t give clients infections and pay taxes. They have a large investment of time and money. Same with hair dressers. I am talking about someone with no training, so no time or money invested, going to someone’s home and using their hair implements. If they were doing it as just a small side hustle they could do it under the table (our government lets illegals work under the table, why not citizens trying to make ends meet?). So $20 an hour for someone with no time or money invested in training and who doesn’t have to provide their own tools or pay taxes would be AHEAD of the game getting $20 an hour.

Funniest part is, they always used fastfood chopsticks. There was always a giant pile of them at the end as they used a different pair for every student 😂

I had a friend a few years ago who had these fake nails and sometimes softly scratched my head and hair with them and I swear it was the best feeling ever. It sent tingles from my head all the way down to my feet
the week before the last week of school, and I think throughout said last week, my friend was just exhausted, and at lunch, they just sat their head on the table in their arms because they were just so tired with finals, deadlines and their after school job. We always sat next to each other, and I would reach over to them and run my fingers through their hair and play with it, and every time, I watched as their shoulders relaxed, and they would actually start falling asleep. I would keep doing it until they either got up, or lunch ended, though it was usually the latter. I just wanted to help my friend feel a little bit better, and I think it worked, at least a little bit :)
