A Monday post?!? …. Not that I’m complaining….
I know right
Seriously
Must be an April Fools.... Somehow
It's well into Tuesday 2nd April in Australia, but I am not going to try and figure out all the timing effects. Britain did its Spring clock changes on Easter Sunday, and Australia is in the southern hemisphere. The release time might be a bit early in their morning but I don't think they need to wake up specially to post the video.
today is tuesday.
Kurtis is obviously a hard working highly skilled machinist, welder, fabricator, and engine mechanic. But the world wouldn’t know as much about his accomplishments without Karen handling the videos. Some of the most interesting and clever productions on RUclips. Congratulations to you both and nothing but success in your future. And Homey helps keep y’all safe!
Thanks for the support!
Speaking of welding, do you remember Karen once saying that 'Kurtis pretty much IS a welding robot'. And he is too. He always has perfect settings, and the steadiest of hands.
Definitely well said sir
I couldn't agree more
I'd like to see Karen run a couple of welding beads.
I'm sure, after a couple of practice runs, they'd be as good as her videos!!
And don't forget the birds, they are the icing on the cake, including the one behind the camera 🙂
This is the most informative unboxing video I have ever seen. No Hype, no extra fluff, no personal opinions... just a professional unboxing and detailing which is incredibly entertaining
The deadpan delivery of "Sparkler button" killed me
No April Fools Here! Another Great Video!
Curtis is like EvanTube, except it’s for working adult!
If you think about it it was published on the morning of April 2nd.
@@davidlewis4179 maybe that’s the joke!
Depending on what part of the world you live on.
I love her behind the camera comments, laughter, and reactions. It makes the videos more real and personal. Great videos!
They are a cute couple. Wonderful to see.
My favorite is when Karen sneezes. so funny! :)
Best editor/producer imho ;-))))
and u never see her or the cameras ;-))
You obviously don't watch very closely as I have seen her helping with the camera possibly on a tripod.@@pedromorgan99
You deserve everything you get Kurtis!!! You and Karen have put your whole lives into these videos. I just saw you are at 756k subs now. I hope it goes over 1 million this year. Love you guys ❤
Cheers mate we know you've been with us for the long haul and appreciate all your support, would be bloody awesome if we hit the 1M subs this year!
The laughter and fun at the end of the video was so enjoyable to listen to (and see).
I'm so pleased that didn't get left on the cutting room floor.
Wow a bonus film, thanks Karen. 👍
Karen's work is really good.
@@dadgarage7966she has grown as a videographer and editor… her work is great!
I'm from Southern Italy and I'm very proud a company from Southern Italy rules in this field. Thanks for sharing!
That's how I felt when he bought the Sunnen honing machine from my city. Great to see.
Kurtis puts up that calm professional demeanor, but he's a tool-geek just like the rest of us. Love the new cool tool, and I can't wait to see it welding and boring the big iron.
Thanks guys, have fun with and make some money with the new shop capabilities.
The tool-geek side shows in how gently he moves every part. Those could have been made out of glass and still stay intact!
I always really like it that you say "we have decided to" instead of "I have decided to", a very small but extremely important detail.
Agreed. I see so many other channels where one person is I, I, I, even though it's a joint effort.
I hope Sir Meccanica had made you a SPECIAL price, for the priceless "comercials" you have made them these years.
On the other hand, your happiness getting new machine comes out the screen and I can take a piece of it. Thanks and enjoy it.
Sir Meccanica and our supplier Dasco machinery were kind enough to pass on a discount for this machine which was definitely a nice bonus!
@@CuttingEdgeEngineeringSir Meccanica got the better part of that deal! The value of your channel driving awareness for their line borers is certainly higher than the cost of that machine. And your positive endorsement is gold. You have one of the most widely viewed and highly respected machining / heavy equipment repair channels on the Internet. Access to your audience is especially valuable for any of the machine, tooling or supplies vendors.
Unlike other machinists on RUclips, I don't mind when you show off your new equipment. You are upfront about the discounts, but we also know you wouldn't buy crap equipment just for sponsorship. We also know you will use it on real jobs. Please don't ever spend 4 months building a giant bench vise.
@@fridaynightgamefilmI agree 100%! 👍
A Monday CEE my birthday was yesterday but thanks for the content it will be a short week waiting for the next one
I loved the “between the legs” check on the boring bars. Sure made the Miss’s mind go right in the gutter!!! Great work as usual! Cheers.
There's nothing quite like getting a good quality new tool. I'm genuinely happy to see you two rewarding yourselves with a nice new piece of equipment. All the best to you -- keep the awesome videos coming!
Excellent unveiling of the WS2 Plus. Always here as your back up and help. 🙂....Love the bloopers.
Rosanna-Dasco Machine Tools
Thanks Rosie! We're glad you liked the WS2 Plus unveiling and the bloopers. We appreciate your continued support! Cheers Kurtis & Karen
Love the drop bear thumping down the roof in the outtakes.
Good thing it stayed outside!
*_Wow, what a wonderful surprise, thanks Karen, thanks Kurtis._*
You're welcome 😊

The giggles at the end. 😮🤣
things were getting out of hand there 😂🤦♀️
@@CuttingEdgeEngineering 😱😂
You ain’t kidding Curtis when you said you made a serious investment to the shop. Those WS2 plus units run around $20-24k. Very nice piece of tooling for the shop.
His name is written right on his shirt, how can you not know how to spell it correctly????
Bonus video week. Thankyou Curtis, Karen and Homeless. You guys are the best.
Thanks for watching mate we appreciate the support
How can you people watch the videos, and not know how to spell Kurtis' name?? That's disrespectful.
@@2high2flyfpv88No. That's _dyslexispectiful._
You have the most interesting channel on RUclips! Always enjoy watching.
Glad you enjoy it!
I had to do a double take! Thought I was seeing things but clearly there's a post from my favourite channel on a Monday! I don't know what we did to deserve it but thank you so much!
70k views in the first few hours, you guys have certainly figured out a winning recipe. Awesome!
we've got the best community on RUclips
George is just defending his territory but is also willing to be polite and share.
I got such a kick outta mom's squeals of delight during the unboxing.
So now, Kurtis will need to make custom M50 bearing mounts, and custom M50 tool holders for the new M50 bar. Just like he did for the M40 bar on the WS2 line borer.
I'm looking forward to seeing the videos on those projects.
A special thanks for the extra Monday video.
Curtis’ mantra is “he who has the most tools wins!”
15:23 Kurtis is having way too much fun with Karen. Boom!
The laughter this episode was off the charts!
I love the little oos and aahs Karen makes.
2 in one week? you are spoiling us,Karen😁 always fun whit new toys
I just said the same exact thing! Except I accredited "Karl" with the bonus video.
Great minds and all!...
Made in Italy ❤
Curtis is like a kid in a candy store! Your excitement is infectious mate. It's so good when we love our job, and you obviously do. And you have your better half there to share in the joy. Wonderful.
He spells his name with a K, not a C.
@@2high2flyfpv88 oops, my bad. Sorry.
Can’t begin to tell you how much I needed a CEE unboxing vid. Really cheered me up. Thanks guys.
So glad our CEE unboxing video could brighten your day!
its crazy how smart some of these birds are. I fed a bunch of crows my leftovers as I was headed into the gym, and from then on at that gym, there were always crows hanging out at my car whenever i left the gym for the next year.
Crows can remember faces. And even teach a face to another crow.
Find out what they like and if they bring you something you like, give them a treat thus you can train them
Butcherbirds in particular are such bold little birds. And so acrobatic!
There’s something beautiful about such a specialised tool in the hands of someone who can get the best from it
Last time I saw someone tear into packages like that it was Homeless! Well done
I thought something was wrong with me when I saw a video pop up on Monday because I am sooooo used to watching them when I get off work on Friday. Keep up the great work and the great videos. I look forward to your videos on Fridays more than any other channel any other day of the week. I was hooked since the first time I saw one.
Engineering's crocodile Dundee strikes again.. that's not a boring bar, this is a boring bar .. congrats mate... you deserve it
As a former field mechanic and line boring machine operator, this is really exciting! I look forward to seeing what you can make this bad boy do!
I also ran the SIRMechannica WS2. 😎
PMSL: Keep the perfectly edited bloopers coming ...so funny!
Those birds are practically family.
Not only are you a hard worker but also a kind heart towards animal just love your videos
Congratulations on increasing your business. Can't wait to see the new line borer in action.
New tool Tuesday is a thing. Congrat's on the sweet acquisition, and keep up the awesome work! ✌🇦🇺
Gosh darnit!!!! Not only a video on a Monday, new awesome equipment, but at the end the outtakes - omg - 15:20 new tshirt image - LOL - thanks to both of you for the great vid surprise....
I can tell Curtis still gets a thrill out of getting new tools even though its for work and he paid for it. I get the same thing going myself.
It is exceedingly rare to see mechanical products from the South of Italy. I've been to Catanzaro only once for work many years ago and I'm very happy to see they are developing world-class products.
Italians always over engineer stuff. Just look at their bicycle parts.
@@onkcuf Or their industrial CNC sewing machines. Amazing bits of kit
I was just thinking the same. When I found out that they are based in Calabria, I thought "This must be a miracle.
Alessio: I have a Selco weldeing machine, also a Selco plasma cutter, and a Stel ac/dc Tig. All from Italy and I'm very happy with them, for me they're a kind of ""Ferrari" lol.
Cheers.
@@josemanon6295 yeah those companies are in the north east, there is a great tradition of that type of industry there!
I was wondering why there had not been any video featuring Sir Meccanica. Now I know! I hope to see the new machine in action, soon!
👍🏻 for the bloopers 😆
Dear CEE... thank you. Just what my Monday needed... Joy and new toys for the shop. Stupid grin on my face after the bloopers reel... "BANG!" ....
If I had been there when I was a kid, and you unpacked that machine, I'd have puppy-eyed you for all the beautiful plastic stockings. And my mother would have had kittens when I came home dragging a huge sack of oily trash. Again.
I was surprised to see a mid-week post. Very nice kit, mate. The way you take care of your equipment, it will serve you well for years, probably decades to come. And hearing The Giggler in the outtakes made me smile.
Love me a bonus video!
Hello Curtis and Karen a very nice surprise for a Monday. I do look forward to see your new machine working on the job site.
Your Lady is a KEEPER!
Another great toy for the workshop. More flexibility =more work. Nice purchase Kurtis.
Can't wait to see this new machine in action. I had never heard of a line borer before discovering this channel, and the first time you used it, I thought it was wizardry! And it still is magical! 😊
Can't wait to see this bad boy in operation! Congrats on the goodies buddy!
A pleasant Monday surprise..
A Monday video AND anatomical joke outtakes ..... my Monday just got infinitely better :-D
Nice. Looking forward to The Big Job coming up. Cheers!
I really enjoy all of your videos. The tooling, the order of operations and equipment used. But I also enjoy seeing all the family animals too. It's also fun to hear Karen's little reactions to Kurtis in the background. All of you together warms my heart
WOW! You can sure tell a lot about the company based on packaging. Well done - congrats on new tool to help your business/expansion and profitability.
George is also happy with the new tools
Luv hearing the "woooo" when he's showing his bits......
That sir looks like an excellent comprehensive bit of kit you have bought, I'm sure it will provide endless hours of quality work for you.
I am really glad they’re that your business is thriving. You do an amazing job. I gotta say absolutely professional and business is out in town can rely on you to do a first rate job. That’s what’s most important.
Thank you so much 😁
Congratulations on adding to your abilities. Great indications of your work and business. Stay safe
Looking forward to seeing the new tooling in action.
Nothing like getting a new tool! Congratulations, I hope it serves you well!
You guys are phenomenal, I have been through a series of knee operations and have pretty much been couch bound. I discover you by sheer accident and have cought up , subscribed, and liked all of your videos online. Even though I’m mobile again I can’t wait for your next post. Keep them coming, the best on YT.👍👍
Hope you're continued recovery goes well, thanks for watching!
Thanks for the urly treat Karen and kurtis will definitely watch after work 👍
That segment at the end made me laugh! 😀
What made me start watching your channel was the boring bar. It was fascinating. This purchase will make the checkbook squeal for a while.
And then Homey, George and the other birds added up a lot of interest!
Always happy to see a true Craftsman get new tools. I hope that my viewership over the years has assisted in some small way to your ability to grow your business.
Hey mate we appreciate you being part of the community and helping us on this growth path!
HUH! another Friday!? I'm not complaining!
I honestly love the joy y’all have in your relationship!!! The fact y’all work so well together to build a company and crack jokes at each other is amazing! Definitely goals all the way from Texas! 🤙🏻💚
Congratulations on a new tool!!
The first time I watched your channel a couple years ago, you were using the line boring machine. I was fascinated, never had seen the likes of it. I learned a ton today. The difference between men and boys, is the size and price of their toys (tools). Ya never out grow the thrill of opening a new tool. Thanks for sharing,
Those new bearing blocks sure are nice for any upcoming projects along with your new updated control box and enjoy using the new WS2 PLUS.
gotta love the “ohhhhhh” at opening by the camera operator.
Great Monday suprise! Also you're video's have given me the confidence to rebuild the leaking cylinders on a 1974 John Deer 410 backhoe. Thanks for the great information and being entertaining.
I'm glad you show all of the outtakes at the end of your videos. I think a lot of people don't realize how much footage ends up on the cutting room floor.
Love how much fun you have making your videos.
Bonus video!!🎉🎉🎉
Good for you! Good for SIR Meccanica.I've always been impressed by your other WS2. It certainly has served you well, and from what you say it must be more economical than the astronomical prices of Climax and some of the other rigs. Looking forward to seeing this beauty in action. Thanks for another superb video.
Hey mate, you're spot on with this comment, you know us well! 😁👍
@@CuttingEdgeEngineering I forgot to mention how cool the packaging was! 🙂
What a wonderful surprise. Thanks guys for the Monday's treat!!
Just sat down with a burger, fries, and a crown royal. Hell yeah
Always nice to get new kit.

AN EASTER MIRACLE!
It was a riot of fun watching you unbox all of the components for this new line boring system.
I still can’t believe you don’t have an apprentice. You have so much to teach to someone who wants to learn machining

Monday treat!
Looks good! Looking forward to you putting it in action. Always enjoy. Thanks.
Congratulations on your new machine🤠👌👍👍👍
Yeah an unexpected video 🎉 enjoy the new toy. Back to watch fully in a few minutes
