That’s space Godzilla he’s basically a clone of Godzilla that’s part of the heisei era, same with Destroyah (pronounced “Destroy-ah” btw) He has pretty much all the powers Godzilla has but added with other things like crystallization and flight.

Since your question about who Destoroyah actually is wasn't answered....... well, the answer contains heavy spoilers for a number of Japanese Godzilla movies, so read this only if you don't mind being spoiled some major plot points. SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER Alright, this should be enough. In the very first Godzilla movie from 1954 Godzilla was defeated and as a matter of fact killed using a weapon called the "Oxygen Destroyer", the idea of which was reused as a minor plot point in "Godzilla - King of the Monsters". The following Godzilla movies up until 1975 were sequels to this movie and, while all being stand-alone films, played in that very same universe. 1984 brought a new Godzilla movie and with it a partial reboot of the franchise. "Partial" because it ignored all movies that came before with the exception of the original, setting up an alternate continuity. This continuity went on until 1995 and ended with the movie "Godzilla versus Destoroyah". This is the one and only movie so far that featured Destoroyah. Now, who is Destoroyah? He started out as a swarm of micro organisms, living in the ocean, roughly where the first Godzilla was killed using the Oxygen Destroyer. Due to the use of that weapon they mutated and evolved in the following four decades finally making their debut in 1995. Once active they continue to evolve rapidly, showing quite a few abilities in the process. Among others the ability to combine into one giant monster with the added ability to change its' form to some extend. At that point of time Godzilla has an offspring, who tries to take on Destoroyah and actually does a somewhat good job doing so...... until Destoroyah bites it and uses the thusly obtained DNA to further evolve into a devil-like Godzilla mutation. The battles in this one are among the best of the franchise with Destoroyah actually being one of the few monsters Godzilla cannot really defeat on his own. That what you called Mecha Destoroyah is Gigan in the original Godzilla movies he is a Cyborg Alien Monster fight with Ghidorah against Godzilla in slicks universe he is a earth monster called Muto prime, muto prime is a stronger version of the female Muto from Godzilla movie 2014 and muto prime is canon to the monsterverse appearence the Comic Godzilla Aftershock.
