Probably the most wholesome gangster movie I've watched in a long time. No heavy violence or over the top bloodshed, just a very realistic interpretation of how gangs operated and how most people just wanted to live normal lives.
The REAL MORAL IS: you may be dumb, stupid or reckless, but you are always an important part of the whole play of someone else's happiness. Dont give up, just keep going.
And?? So are victims play the part of the happiness of the perp at their expense after they are satiated. So what? I am sure a child being raped somewhere is providing pleasure or sense of power to the scum but does not make it good or not for the victim?

If I'm not mistaken, the character Geoseok looks like Dr Strange's Asian sidekick/assistant in his younger years, or it seems their faces look similar.
Ma Dong-Seok is really that bloke. He can do gangsta, average man, cop. Comedy, action, drama. You name it. As a west African, last time I was so enthusiastic about an Asian actor, was on them heydays of Hong Kong cinema. Michel Yeoh, Tony Leung, and Bollywood stars. Brilliant actors. Impeccable artists. Amazing creatives.
This has a unique ending lmao I expected a happy ending but I get it, not every movie needs a good, happy ending. I mean they had Don Lee, so it automatically makes it one of the good movies xD
I love that the answer in life is Gilda Mess‘s slap hit or beating. Everybody he slaps hit or beat immediately nurse her lessons, or takes a few more to learn it LOL lol
Also i dont know if people realize this or recognize him cause i sure didnt but during the whole movie i kept thinking ive seen him in something else..the guy that plays Geo-Sok aka chef aka retired mafia boss is Ma Dong-Seok also goes by Don Lee is the actor who portrayed Gilgamesh in the move The Eternals...i just got done watching The Outlaws part one and two and he is awesome in them...def a great actor!

i love watching foreign action/comedy movies in their native tongue and read the subtitles. You get more into the movie and if you watch them enough you pick up on words and learn a few things. Im def gonna go check this out. Ty man!
