    This is true Martino, I use this approach for piano and it really helps stay focused, as you said, and give the brain a rest, well, lips too ;).
    Also, thank you for advice about support for shoulders! It DOES make a lot of changes! You feel free of thinking that something is hanging on the neck and just enjoy learning x
