This is a helpful and vital message to those who perseverate and catastrophize. Embracing uncertainty is an ancient coping skill that we now, more than ever, need. We can benefit from being ok with not being ok.

Sounds like that could be Alan Watts..?
@@magill4046 truth told, it was the void spoke that to me during a voyage in. I quoted "unknown" because it fits well with the subject here. And really, I don't know how or who/what speaks from there. I do know that they always feel like absolute, irrefutable truths. That are subconsciously already understood, yet often hidden in plain view on this side of the veil.
This is the most beautiful thing I have seen in quite some time. Thank you.
Thank you!

Believe and surrendering to God and knowing our true essence give us the nirvana.
I love how u use multiple doors 🚪 in ur explanation ☺️ that’s how I illustrated this uncertain life. Which we often forget that life itself is indeed uncertain.
Our constant and incessant need to know the truth and the violent conviction to preserve our truth comes from our desire to have control.
Somewhere deep down we think that we have to know because if we let go of that, we won't have any control and lose it all.
It is very pleasing everytime to watch your video thumbnail.
