This house looks more like a storeroom, it’s hard to believe someone was living there with so much clutter. And looking at some specific items in the house, it seems it was a big family. I always appreciate good space for kitchen and bathroom. But the kitchen here is making me feel claustrophobic. It definitely needs to be renovated. And that partition between bedroom and outdoor area was so impractical. The laundry area also can be fixed into an outdoor kitchen garden. The projector room also has a lot of potential.
house is good, but the main selling point of the property is the outside area for which there is only verbal commitment for exclusive use, not confirming that residents of first/second floor may trouble in future in order to use the empty space & if any investor wants to invest just because of the location, he will want to have proper documentation regarding the exclusive turf area as well since chances are high a builder may purchase the entire bungalow section in future and having proper documentation regarding the same will mean good returns for the investor
