They are not refugees. They have been there for 200 years just like normal Nomadic cultures move. The issues started when the genociders fled to Congo when Kagame defeated them and they started Oppressing those Rwandese who were already there because they were tutsi. The tutsi in Congo formed their rebellion of M23 in 2012
@@worldwideupgrade Stop faking the story.. they are rwandese and when one of them die in Congo , he get buried in Rwanda, we even had a Congo army chief in the name of james kabarebe who is today in Rwanda as army secretary chief ... Rwandese in Tanzania were chased away as they wanted to do the same thing, they over take Uganda as well but time will come soon
I'm Rwandan through the blood but DRC is our good neighbor so we can't wish bad situation for them but this problem of M23 has orginate anyway we are not part of their own problems
These guys have eaten a lot of future to the extent of messing up with their memories. They don't know the history of that part of the country. Congolese should stop annexing their eternal problems to their neighbor, Rwanda. These luck of leadership was there before Paul Kagame was born.
But why is it only Rwanda that is so attached to M23 rebels? Also how can Congo deny a tribe of its own...? What tribe are the M23? What are they really fighting for?...
Just land at Kinshasa airport and see how corrupt the Congo is. Drive through the city and see how DIRTY it is. Those are signs of a non-state. It's not Kagame fault its leadership failure. Even with all weaponry in the world, Congolese ant their Gov. need to be serious first, then cry after!
Africa is a Family of 54 countries they dont need outsiders get the other countries to all send troops there to show the family is so powerful that no one will upset the peace of the family , that way no one can further their own interests.Stop looking for outsiders to help what we as African should sort out which is the best solution they know the culture of their people.

The story of Congo is sad,may you enjoy the wealth of your country soon.Too much suffering..How can such a wealthy country only export refugees all the time...
The chairman, who is wearing a blue suit, clearly has a biased perspective when discussing what took place. Instead of acknowledging it as a genocide against the Tutsi people, he is incorrectly labeling it as a civil war. Furthermore, he is refusing to acknowledge the genocidaires who fled to ex Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo) with various weapons and resources, and were not disarmed in accordance with international laws. These individuals were allowed to set up camps at the border with Rwanda, where they trained and vowed to continue their genocide. The chairman is unable to provide an accurate account of the events. The ongoing crisis in the eastern DRC can be attributed to the FDLR (former genocidaires), who the current government has integrated and is now fighting alongside the FARDC (Congolese armed forces). It is important for all Congolese citizens to understand that as long as the DRC government harbors the FDLR, peace will never be achieved in the country.
The congolese people ignore de root cause of a problem end that can increase the lack of peace in DRC. I want to ask the man in blue suit these things: *If he knows about the civil war held in North Kivu called Kanyarwanda in 1972,where the rwandophones was hated, was told they were not zaïrois, every body know the history of dividing African countries. *In 1992 the Tutsi ethnic was excluded in la conférénce nationals souverraine, that they were not zaïrois. So segregation of population is not recent,if the authorities of DRC want really sustainable peace they have to treat all population equally, rather than spread falses accusations against Rwanda. *Ask him again about "état de siège" in North Kivu and Ituri provinces if the M23 was there when they have started that project. DRC have many problems, the principal is bad governance, the problem is not M23 and Rwanda. All authorities are thieves, member of parliament get 21000$ monthly when the country has no infrastructures etc...
this is ignorance at it's best the two guys are not even stating facts they are just saying what they heard and didn't even make the proper research. so now if kagame has peace talks and says what other leaders are saying they say he controls the rebels and if he doesn't have those talks they will still say he haeds that group🤣😆 there is no making these people happy😂
It's very strange that a small country like Rwanda is bullying DR Congo, a country 10 times bigger than its size in Resources, Land and Population. Imagine Ukraine bullying Russia 🤔
