@@claresfoodhaven Clare you should put some greaseproof paper on the aluminium sheet so the food doesn't come in direct contact with the alum during cooking time. Not good health wise.
The red liquid that comes out of any meat is not blood. Its a liquid thats in every muscle in a animal including us, and is tasteless and harmless. Can't remember the correct name for it. Must have salt and pepper in mash

Fish skin is nice if it's crisp Clare but not if it's baked skin side down.
