Thank you! This was really helpful. I really enjoy how you put the words in the context of a sentence. Also, how the expressions and variations play into the signing. Our daughter is deaf HOH and she has passed us up LOL!
Help. I need advice please. Im right handed, but have lost most of the movement in my right hand due to arthritis, so I mostly try to sign one handed, as much as possible. (I'm just a beginner learner) how can I improve my signing efficiency? Unfortunately, my left hand also has arthritis, just not as severe. But i AM learning. 😊
This is the hard answer...it's just time and practice. One thought...do you warm up your hands before you begin? That may be a way to get your hands and your mind warmed up before you begin.
It is a good question. I have not seen the person classifier used with this sign. However, I have seen another sign for "magistrate"...think of striking a gavel
As in Freshman in college...your non-dominant hand is in a "5" shape with the back of the hand facing the other person. The dominant hand, in a "5" shape. taps the little finger of the non-dominant hand, with the little finger tapping in the middle of the palm. Let me know if that is a weak explanation
Your videos are so enjoyable and informative.
I like your style of teaching, I’m learning so much!
Thank you!
Am watching this video, again. Can never get enough practice.
Would you consider doing another one of these, perhaps with the H handshape?
Ok...here you go. ruclips.net/video/7iH_CdHrtpc/видео.html

I was interpreting a therapy session last week and picked up a new sign...it's a lifelong process

Two F hand signs move to the side at the same time. What is the word being signed?
Without seeing it, my guess is “sentence”.
Does referring to a "Judge" not need a person classifier? As opposed to, "He is going to judge the case."

What's the sign for FRESHMAN?

The word "straw" also uses two F-hands.
Great. Thanks for the addition
@@signlanguagepractice Worthy uses two F hands.
