I agree, Matthew. It turns out there were a lot of good All Star games before they went to that format. The thing that needs to be changed more than anything in baseball is for the NL to get modern and go to the designated hitter. Also, there is no need for inter-league play, but that is minor by comparison to making the pitcher bat.

We (National League) should have won that game if Yadi was paying attention to the fact the Catcher lost the ball and would have taken 3rd in the bottom of the 9th with 1 out. Next hit would have scored him. We should have won too if they would have scored more than 1 run. Wasn't just a damn Cub, it was the whole team.
