The Bentley Turbo R Is the Most Important Bentley in Modern History

Along with its predecessor, the Mulsanne Turbo, the Turbo R was the car that revived Bentley. It galvanised interest in the brand and arguably made it desirable enough to attract Volkswagen money. The SZ Series of Bentleys and Rolls-Royces were supremely luxurious, but the Turbo R injected the life that was so needed into the range.
