Here is a stunning 30 minute visual journey across the Swiss regions such as the towns of Grindelwald, to the magical mountains of Appenzell. I wanted to create a scenic relaxation film that allows you to meditate and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Switzerland's Alps. Hope it gets you inspired and excited to travel the world once everything gets under control.

Imagine how cold and sweet and fresh the air is mixed with the scent of pine and sweet grass and how clear the night skies would be, full of stars and nature's evening lights...the soft glow of the your neighbors houses as you look out of your window with crickets chirping away into the night..My goodness what lives these people who live here are living...I have this scene from this wonderful video to look at when times for me are not so good...it brings me peace it brings me envy.

When I was a little kid 8-9 years old, I used to watch Heidi all the time and every time I watched it, I dreamed of living there, dreaming of living there one day with my mom, dad and siblings... It was a great day. I hope one day I can make this dream come true, even for a short time. And I hope you too

My Dad always wanted to come to Switzerland and live here, but he couldn’t because he had to raise me and my siblings. He gave up his dreams, to fulfil ours. But now I’ll do everything I can to make sure that I’ll migrate there with him

Yes. Let's say "Stretching" for example. When you do stretches for about 3-5 minutes each time. If you look at the clock, you may feel time is passing slowly (and you may feel more pain, too). But when you're doing that and staring at the TV, you can feel like time goes by faster. In short, it helps distract you and so your training or exercising would be easier. :)
